Mr. Louis Coupal is responsible for outcome evaluation at the Centre for the Analysis of Cost-Effective Care of the Montreal General Hospital. Mr. Coupal holds a MSc. in applied statistics from McGill University and has been involved with the Division of Clinical Epidemiology for the last twelve years. His interests revolve around the development of health care intervention models that integrates both clinical benefits and disease related costs. He has been associated with the development models predicting the clinical and economic impacts of primary and secondary prevention of cardiovascular disease and of models reproducing the natural history of prostate cancer.
