STEP UP Program
CHIP has a new program to help you get started with your cardiac rehabilitation.
The CHIP “STEP UP” program will give you a chance to experience how supervised exercise, cardiac education and risk factor management can help you feel better, speed up your recovery and improve your quality of life.
Participation will include:
- A visit with our on-site physician, if necessary
- 4 supervised range of motion exercise sessions over 2 weeks
- Group sessions with our nurses, dieticians, and psychologists
- Social and Group Support
- Priority access into our 4 month CHIP cardiac rehabilitation program
