The CHIP Graduate Program includes:


Annual Medical Evaluation and Exercise Stress Test

A graded exercise test to confirm the intensity at which you can exercise safely using your Target Heart Rate

An update of your Computerized Cardiovascular Risk Assessment


Annual Blood Testing

Personal Training Sessions

4 hours of individualized sessions to review and update your cardiovascular and strength training programs.

1 hour session to review your overall eating plan and to adjust as needed.
